The first Seminar and Workshop "How to manufacture Electroluminescent poster" organized by ELON Technologies in Prague, Czech Republic has its first participants getting the EL Expert Certificate accompanied by the Technology Tansfer. Russian company Novelty, Ltd is having the serious abitions to set up the Electroluminescent manufacture in Russia by the end of year 2010.
